· Is a Clinical psychologist with over 15 years experience

· Works with all forms of mental health including: anxiety, depression, childhood trauma,  post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), grief and loss, personality disorders, and unhealthy lifestyles. With a special interest in conception, fertility, birth, antenatal and postnatal health and parenting and adjustment issues.

· Works with prospective parents planning children with fertility challenges and anxiety around birthing, parenting and retaining sense of self.

· Assists private patients, workers compensation claims, employee assistance program clients and open arms (defence veterans and families) referrals

· Adopts an eclectic, client centred and evidence-based approach tailored to each individual.
