Reformer Rehabilitation is a low-impact, highly effective exercise method that enhances strength, flexibility, posture, and overall well-being. It is suitable for all fitness levels, from rehabilitation patients to elite athletes. It uses Pilates Reformers and other equipment adapted with the clinical expertise of a Physio.

Liz Wicks is a highly experienced Physiotherapy-trained Reformer Pilates instructor with 15 years of expertise in this aspect of Physiotherapy.
Before moving to Busselton Liz was the Principle Physiotherapist and Reformer Session instructor at Kimberley Physiotherapy in Broome.
Liz spent several years competing in state level athletics. This provided her with a passion for movement, as well as an appreciation of the value of the combination of balance, strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility and mindset in achieving optimal movement and performance. Her own training has been integrated with many years of clinical experience to develop strong skills in understanding the mechanical cause of injuries. This approach having great value in supporting recovery following injuries, manage chronic conditions and in assisting the prevention of injury re-occurrence.

Danica Bailey is a Physiotherapist who was born and raised in Busselton and has 10 years of clinical experience in both private practice and community sectors.
She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Notre Dame University and graduated with First Class Honours. Danica also holds a post-graduate certificate in Musculoskeletal Clinical Physiotherapy and is currently completing her Masters at Curtin University. Danica has been involved in clinical research investigating tendinopathy and overuse injuries and has a strong interest in the management of these. She has previously worked as a physiotherapy team lead in the NDIS space and has a passion for supporting people living with disability.
Danica has completed further professional development in dry needling, DMA clinical pilates, adult and paediatric orthopaedics, disability management, sports physiotherapy and advanced pain science. She has extensive experience in undertaking clinical reformer rehabilitation for both injury management and prevention. Danica spends her weekends playing in the women’s south-west soccer league.

· Individual Reformer Sessions are conducted at Busselton Physiotherapy Centre. This is booked as a physiotherapy consultation online or via the phone, as per regular physiotherapy fee schedule. Available from Monday to Friday.
· Small Group Reformer Sessions where recommended by your treating Physiotherapist, dependent on injury/rehabilitation needs. Each participant in the group undertakes an individualised tailored program. Fee $48 per session
· General Reformer Classes Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 12.00 noon. Fee $35 per session.
Discounts available for Medibank Private and BUPA insured clients for individual and class sessions only. Discount for pre-payments of 5 more general reformer classes.

To allow claiming health insurance refunds, participants require an initial assessment to ensure a tailored approach to their recovery.

Classes are conducted at Pilates Bar Busselton studio.
