Lisa Scholes – Nurse Practitioner

Lisa Scholes

Lisa originates from Perth where she studied and completed her undergraduate nursing degree. She commenced her nursing career in Perth and in 1996, moved to Busselton with her young family.

Lisa has a passion for optimising the quality of patients’ lives. She brings over thirty years of clinical nursing experience across many health care settings including general practice, aged care and palliative care.

In 2008, she was honoured to be the first Nurse Practitionerin general practice in Western Australia and since then has maintained her goal of empowering patients to feel confident about their health through an integrated, holistic, patient-centred approach. By working collaboratively with her patient, she can ensure the best approach for them. Now in her own clinic, she is focusing on delivering primary health care ’your way’ with appointment time and length based on individual patient’s need.

When not at work, Lisa enjoys all the south-west has to offer, spending time with family and friends, or she may be somewhere in Western Australia sharing her knowledge through the delivery of clinical workshops, which she has undertaken since 2008.
