Our lead Reformer Pilates Physio is Liz Wicks. She is a highly experienced Physiotherapy-trained Pilates instructor with 15 years of expertise in Pilates.
Before moving to Busselton Liz was the Principle Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor at Kimberley Physiotherapy in Broome.
Liz spent several years competing in state level athletics. This provided her with a passion for movement, as well as an appreciation of the value of the combination of balance, strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility and mindset in achieving optimal movement and performance.
