RUNfit comprehensive digital running assessment

RUNfit is a running assessment system that uses video treadmill, digital and clinical assessment tools. It supports injury prevention, rehabilitation and performance development for runners of all levels.

RUNFIT provides a unique solution that includes a multifaceted approach to gait assessment, injury risk profiling and performance optimisation.

RUBIX HEALTH Pain Management Program

RUBIX HEALTH Pain Management Program is a comprehensive group participation course of learning, exercises and activities. The course is presented by a range of health professionals over a 12 week period. The program is designed to assist people with long standing, or persistent pain, to identify, address and overcome barriers to allow them to be active, confident, fit and able to live a productive, meaningful life, in spite of their pain.

The program is a pilot over 18 months enabled by a grant from the WA Primary Health Alliance.

Hand and Upper Limb Centre (HULC)

HULC Busselton are the local hand and upper limb therapy and rehabilitation specialists. Part of a metro and regional network providing surgical, therapy, splinting and rehabilitation solutions for all conditions of the hand, wrist, and elbow .

With over 150 years combined experience in the specialist area of hand therapy, the HULC team has been delivering world-class occupational therapy and physiotherapy services in Western Australia since 2004. HULC's Clinical Director, Jeff Ecker, is an internationally renowned surgeon who specialises in hand and wrist conditions and is trained in orthopaedics, plastics and microsurgery. Telemed DEXA Bone Scanning

Scanning of the axial skeleton by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) is the gold standard in Australia for the measurement of bone mineral density, enabling doctors to determine the extent of bone loss for clinical decision making. The system is also able to evaluate body composition for those serious about building muscle mass or decreasing body fat.

DEXA scanning is now available in Busselton at GeoBay Health Centre.

Karri Health Nurse Practitioner Service

Karri Health is a Nurse Practitioner service lead by Vivienne Barton. It provides youth health and family support service covering Busselton and the South West of Western Australia. Their

services are focused on youth aged 15 to 24 years of age plus caring for the families and support people of those youth under our care.

Nurse Practitioners can bring a unique element to each client's health care team. Working with the other members of your health care team, they are able to assess, investigate, prescribe and refer clients. They can also support clients as health care coaches and provide clients with assistance to navigate an often complex health system.

Wayne McIntosh - Counselling Psychologist

Helping real people with real problems develop real solutions.

Wayne McIntosh is a Counselling Psychologist providing psychotherapy for a diverse range of clients including children, adolescent and adults. Wayne has a strong interest and experience supporting clients with complex trauma and interpersonal conflict, relationships issues and parent teen conflict.

Joanna Godden - Clinical Psychologist

Joanna has been practising since 2015 . She works with men, women, and adolescents (above 15 years) to improve their mental health and wellbeing.

Joanna works with a broad range of psychological issues including anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders/stress, and trauma-related issues.

Louise Richardson - Registered Psychologist

Louise is a Registered Psychologist with over ten years’ experience working with children, adolescents and adults. She has worked for the Department of Education and Department of Justice, gaining extensive experience working with people experiencing Anxiety, Depression and a range of Mental Disorders.
